VapeZone is at Shop AAH 06, AA Section, Dragon Mart 1, Al Awir Road, Dubai. Dragon Mart has free parking, and you can call or message +971 52 881 2335 for directions or to order for collection.
Is VapeZone a licensed vape shop?

What are your opening hours?
The Dragon Mart 1 shop is open Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 22:00, and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 23:00. WhatsApp orders on +971 52 881 2335 are answered during the same hours.
Do you deliver vapes across the UAE?

Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on every order over AED 300. Orders below that amount carry a delivery charge, which is shown at checkout before you confirm.
How fast is delivery in Dubai?
Within Dubai we offer same day delivery on orders placed during shop hours. For Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, orders confirmed before 12 pm from Monday to Saturday are delivered the same day, and orders confirmed after 12 pm are delivered the next day.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is accepted across the UAE. You pay the driver when the order reaches you, so no card details are needed.
Can I pay by card, payment link or bank transfer?
Yes. Card payment on a POS machine is available on delivery within Dubai, and we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Pay by link and bank transfer are available for orders anywhere in the UAE, arranged through WhatsApp on +971 52 881 2335.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes. You can collect from the Dragon Mart 1 shop. Message +971 52 881 2335 before you travel so the order is packed and waiting.

Can I mix flavours in one box?
Yes, but only within the same model. A box of ten can hold ten different flavours of the same device at the box price. Flavours from two different models cannot be combined in one box.
How much does a disposable vape cost at VapeZone?
Single disposables start at AED 25, with most popular models between AED 40 and AED 50. Boxes of ten normally range from AED 350 to AED 450. Every product page shows both the single price and the box price.
Do you sell zero nicotine vapes?
Yes. VapeZone stocks 0 mg disposables with no nicotine, including the Aivono Aim Magic 20000 Puffs and the HQD Miracle 8000 Puffs. They are listed in the zero nicotine category.
What nicotine strengths do you sell?
VapeZone stocks 0 mg (no nicotine), 2 mg (0.2%), 3 mg (0.3%), 5 mg (0.5%), 6 mg (0.6%), 20 mg (2%), 30 mg (3%) and 50 mg (5%) products. Each strength has its own category so you can browse only the strength you want.
What is the difference between a disposable vape and a pod system?
A disposable vape comes pre-filled and is used until the liquid runs out, then replaced, with no refilling. Many of our disposables are also rechargeable through USB-C, so the battery lasts as long as the liquid. A pod system is a rechargeable device that takes replacement pods or coils, so it costs more at first but less over time.
