Opening hours

You can contact VapeZone Dubai seven days a week.

Sunday to Thursday 10am to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 11pm. Messages sent after hours are answered the next morning.

What to include when you contact VapeZone Dubai

For a quick reply, tell us the product name, flavour or colour, quantity and your area. For a box with mixed flavours, list the flavours and how many of each. For bulk orders, include the models and quantities so we can send a box price.

Delivery and orders

Most people contact VapeZone Dubai to place an order, check a flavour or ask when their order will arrive.

We offer same day delivery in Dubai on orders placed during shop hours, free over AED 300, with cash or card on delivery. Abu Dhabi and the other emirates are delivered the same day for orders confirmed before 12pm, Monday to Saturday, otherwise the next day. Full details are on our vape delivery page and in the FAQ.

Bulk, office and event orders

If you want ten or more boxes, a mix of several models, or regular orders for an office or event, contact VapeZone Dubai on WhatsApp or email with the models, flavours and quantities. We will check stock across our suppliers, send a box price for each item and agree a delivery date. Bulk prices are also listed on our disposable vapes bulk page.

Problems with an order

If something is wrong with your order, such as a missing item, the wrong flavour or a device that does not work, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo. Our team will check it and tell you the next step. Our delivery and return conditions are explained in the delivery terms, and we always try to sort problems out the same day.

Your details and privacy

We only use your name, phone number and address to confirm and deliver your order and to reply to your message. We do not share your details with other sellers. Read more in our privacy policy.

Accessibility and language
