These terms apply when you use vapezone.shop or buy from VapeZone.Shop (“VapeZone”, “we”), Shop No AAH 06, AA Section, AA/BA/Main Entrance, Dragon Mart 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Age restriction
Our products contain or are used with nicotine and are sold only to adults aged 18 and over. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or older. We may ask for proof of age at delivery or in store and may refuse or cancel an order if age cannot be confirmed. Nicotine is an addictive substance.
2. Products and prices
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). We try to keep product details, images and stock information accurate, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from the photos. If a product is out of stock or a price is shown in error, we will contact you before processing the order and you can choose another item or cancel.
3. Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it with you by phone, WhatsApp or email. An order cannot be cancelled or changed more than 1 hour after it is placed. Orders placed after business hours are processed on the next working day.
4. Payment
You can pay by cash on delivery, card on delivery (POS, Dubai), pay by link or bank transfer. Pay by link and bank transfer are arranged through WhatsApp. For cash on delivery, the full amount must be paid before you receive the package.
5. Delivery
We deliver across the UAE. Free delivery applies to orders over AED 300, with the exceptions listed in our delivery terms, and same day delivery is available in Dubai. Delivery areas, times and charges are set out in full in our Delivery Terms and Conditions.
6. Checking your order
Please check your package before accepting it. If an item is damaged or incorrect, tell us straight away on WhatsApp at +971 52 881 2335.
7. Returns and exchanges
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached. Items on sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for return. Once a product has been accepted and used, returns may not apply.
8. Using the products
Use devices and e-liquids as described by the manufacturer, charge batteries with a suitable cable and keep all products away from children and pets. Vaping is only allowed where local rules permit it. See our guide is vaping legal in Dubai.
9. Website content
Text, images and logos on this website belong to VapeZone or to the brands we sell and may not be copied without permission. Our guides are general information, not medical, legal or tax advice.
10. Liability
We are responsible for supplying the products you order as described. We are not responsible for misuse of products or for losses that we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
11. Privacy
How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
