Delivery Terms and Conditions

Our delivery policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the following terms and conditions related to our delivery process.

1. Delivery Areas

We provide delivery across all emirates in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

2. Delivery Time

  • Dubai: within 5 hours, available 7 days a week
  • Other Emirates: orders confirmed before 12 PM delivered same day, after 12 PM next day. Sunday is the weekly holiday for deliveries outside Dubai
  • Express: Dubai within 2 hours, Sharjah within 4 hours
  • Remote areas and public holidays: deliveries may take longer

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: all orders above AED 300 across the UAE, except Western Region of Abu Dhabi. Not applicable to express delivery
  • Normal Delivery: AED 25
  • Express / Emergency Delivery: AED 40 (Dubai and Sharjah only)
  • Western Region of Abu Dhabi: AED 60, free delivery offer does not apply
  • Cash on Delivery: no extra charge

 

4. Delivery Methods

We use trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery. 

5. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders must be confirmed before processing.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after 1 hours.

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across all delivery areas in the UAE. Customers must pay the full amount upon delivery before receiving the package.

7. Receiving the Product

  • Customers must check the package before accepting it.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us immediately.

  • Once the product is accepted and used, return policies may not apply.

8. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Items on sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for return.
